My wife & I was looking for a kitchen remodeling contractor online. When I found Romano Builders we knew from the first meeting that they would be the right contractor! When Eli came to the house to see my situation, he patiently listened to all our ideas & concerns. Better yet, he had a great solutions for every single issue we threw at him. Eli and his company Romano Builders walked us through everything from start of project to the finish. They explained every detail, arrived on time and a super overall performance. In addition, the 3D design was offered to us for FREE with the project with no issues at any time which helped us decide and move forward quickly on this project. The Remodel was finished last week and a BIG thank you for Romano Builders for our beautiful kitchen! Now my wife can go back to cooking again 🙂 I would like to thank Eli, Lori and their entire team for wonderful work they have performed and will definitely hire them for our next project whatever it may be.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A STUCCO WORK IN CALIFORNIA?
A Stucco project usually entails a series of well-contrived processes. From the minute we get your call, an appointment is set to assess the project thoroughly. This is to ascertain the project’s scope so as to plan accordingly. Detailed plans may be developed and used to obtain the required permits.
The main job begins with the preparation of the wall’s surface. This entails cleaning the walls, removing old Stucco, fixing cracks, and generally ensuring that they are free of dirt and debris. Then, the scratch coat is applied.
The scratch coat is the first layer of Stucco applied to the wall. It has a rough texture and forms a base for the brown coat, which is the second layer of Stucco. This latter layer is smoother than the former, providing additional strength to the entire setup. A few hours of curing may be required before the third and final layer is applied.
The final layer is called the finished coating. This decorative layer provides the desired texture, color, and finish. Once applied, it is allowed to cure for several days. This might be weeks, depending on the prevailing climatic conditions. Afterwards, a protective layer, such as paint or a sealant, may be applied.
Of course, this is just a general overview. There is more to it, depending on the scope of the project. But you can trust Romano Builders to make your Stucco installation safe and durable.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CARRY OUT A STUCCO INSTALLATION IN CALIFORNIA?
The cost of a Stucco installation depends on several factors. For example, the Stucco material used. Is it traditional or acrylic? Do you want a custom finish? These will undoubtedly affect the cost of the project. Other factors include the scope, location, and complexity of the work.
However, you can trust that you will get a fair deal from us as our rates are reasonable without sacrificing quality. Call us today for your Stucco installation, and you won’t regret it.
I could not be more pleased with the bathroom remodel we did with Romano Builders! I was so pleased in fact, that midway through the project we expanded the project to include changing to a tankless water heater and changing a window into a sliding glass door. The project was no small undertaking. We re-routed plumbing and electrical and were mostly down to the studs. Shay, Eli, and all of their crew were great to work with. Everyone that we met cared about the project and did a fantastic job. Shay is great to work with and had such a wealth of experience. He was able to help guide some decisions and provide me with feedback. I look forward to working with them again on my next project in the future!
We hired Eli from Romano builders to install very complicated customized front door , what amazing guy paid attention to every small detail show up when he say he will . Highly recommend Eli and his crew from Romano builders.
